For all those playing tomorrow night, you will notice that the mod is going to download again.

That’s because zeke has uploaded the newer RSM 1.7 mod. The download will be about 20MB.

zeke also added some standard maps back in.

As for Havoc’s request to have all of the custom maps we use zipped into one big file for out-of-game downloading, I am almost done with that. The zipped file weighs in at 842MB. I’ll post the download link as soon as I have one.

We are also still playing around with server message updates to Twitter. Suggestions are welcome!

Mac, I think we are dropping vokavar, and till we get more people (on average) playing dropping brecourt as well for now.  It’s just too big. 
You can leave brecourt in the pack, but let’s pull the other out.  Havoc mentioned some artic map, that is smaller? he thinks would be good.  He’ll have to track that one down and let us know though.

So… does this forum have a reverse twitter?  So posts in here would night post out as teamhousewares on twitter letting us know say nightly new message counts?  Just a thought.  That way i can wquick check twitter to see if i need to log into site. Yes I’m, that lazy. 

I’m going to keep working on the perl script.  sigh.  it posts via rcon to the game, just the game doesn’t process it as a command.  sigh.

Sorry if i snored.  I’m thinking no more beers, just coffee.  or maybe beer at 9, then coffee at midnight.  sheesh couldn’t keep my eyes opened.  Woke up 4 minutes after everyone elft.

Hmmm, maybe I should add a “Post to Twitter” button in the Options row. It would send the first hundred or so characters and the link to the forum. Something to think about. Of course, why would anyone come to the forums, then.

We do have an RSS feed at feed://www.teamhousewares.com/thw/index.php/forums/rss/2/. Unfortunately, it only shows the root threads and not the replies underneath them. I just have the “Notify me via email when someone posts to this thread” box checked to let me know when someone posts a response.
