Forums - Sort Of

Not pretty to look at, but the basic functionality is there. A new forums section has been added. >X<

needed a place to put some information, so here it is. A link has been added to the nav bar on the left. The forums are in addition to the FAQ section still in the works.

Also added the new “We are not a clan” disclaimer to the top of the web page. Spent most of the weekend upgrading the mail server. TeamHousewares.com webmail is now ready to go. Shoot me an e-mail if you need a teamhousewares e-mail address.

Enjoy!

The 03-26-2005 Stats Are Up

Weird evening, but fun anyways. Pickle! has nicely filled the void left by 5.56mm.

Here’s what we got:

>X

<

- placed the highest out of all of us. Bashed Mac around for a bit.

Mac - placed second in skill, but spent most of the evening having his ass handed to him

Ash - Madman Ash placed 7th and added another 59 bashes to his Bash total, bringing him up to 526 for the year

Toe-Tag - Placed 13th for the evening, left the Loss Streak for someone else to win

Pickle! - Came in 15th place, and receives the aforementioned Loss Streak award for the evening

Sickness - retains the grenade award

That does it for this weekend. See everyone next Saturday. And welcome aboard PICKLE!!

The 03-19-2005 Stats Are Up

Stellar evening. At one point, it seemed like all [Housewares] employees were present and accounted for, even Hammer and SicKNesS.

The evening ended around 3:15am MST Sunday morning. Here’s what we got for stats:

Ash - The overall winner, taking first in skill and kills. Not only that, but he managed an impressive 108 bashes in 27 rounds of play. This now puts him up to 467 total bashes for the year.

5.56mm - Came in at second place, both in skill and kills. Received award for most MG42 kills and most Bash deaths (Ash probably appreciates that…)

Mac - Takes third place. Has now moved to number 1 in the overall stats.

Silence - Doing his part to keep Mac in third place. Also had the most ship kills. Took 5th place for the evening.

zeke - Slides in at 6th place for the evening

SiCkNeSs - Takes back the crown for most grenade kills, attaining 50 points in 25 rounds.

Toe-Tag - Comes in at 10th place. Gets an award for most left leg upper kills.

Hammer - Comes in at 12th place. Gets the prestigious Loss Streak award formerly owned by Toe-Tag.

>X

<

- Made an appearance, bashed some heads. Submitted some demos of how to get into some secret hiding spots on certain maps.

Mac and Ash fought a great battle against Toe-Tag and Hammer for the attic in Pavlov. Although they maintained ownership for most of the game, they did lose it near the end of the map.

In sad news, 5.56mm played his last game for the next 6 weeks or so, as he will be relocating to another part of the country. We shall see what a 5.56-less Saturday Night is like.

Until next weekend…...

The 03-12-2005 Stats Are Up

Saturday night turnout with the new 1.5 patch continues to be spotty, but it was still a good time nonetheless. It was yet another evening without suspected cheaters and even-par players. And that’s a good thing!

After the stats were tallied, here’s what we got:

Mac - Woohooo, first time being number one in skill. Also snagged the award for most MG42 kills. And as rumor has it, got bashed by an 11 year old. This puts Mac in second place overall.

>X

<

- Played more than one round. Came in second in skill (and bashed Mac 4 times)

Ash - Once again hogged most awards for himself. Came in third for skill and first by kills. He also gained ownership of the grenade kills award.

5.56mm - Got the award for most Kar98(Sniper) kills. Go figure!

Toe-Tag - The stats continue to improve. Came in 13th place by skill and 6th by kills. Manged to get in 9 bashes.

SiCkNeSS ( or IllNeSS, or SickOne, whatever he goes by these days), and Hammer were plagued by connection problems and didn’t get to play. Bummer.

This evening also brought out some new players on the [Housewares] server. Had a blast playing with binkdog, H, and oTc. Thanks to everyone for stopping by this evening. We’ll do it again next Saturday night.

Enjoy!

Forums

A quick little poll has been put up to see if we should implement some sort of forums here at www.teamhousewares.com A FAQ/Support section is already in the works and should be finished shortly. Would we need forums in addition to that?

Submit your vote. Thanks.
